1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Koramiles website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Rental Requirements

• Drivers must possess a valid, unexpired driver's license.
• A valid government-issued ID/Passport is required for booking.
• Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as they were rented, subject to normal wear and tear.

3. Booking and Cancellation

All bookings are subject to availability. Koramiles reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking if necessary.

4. Limitation of Liability

Koramiles shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, our services or vehicles, even if Koramiles has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
